The Dog Boys were five feral dog-animal hybrid children who were raised to become weapons by their father. Their father, Glebhelm, was the leader of a cult that captured hybrids to feed the Boys, turning them into cannibals.
Biography[]
About seven years before the story, they were made to eat their own mother by their father. They participated in siege against the militia and were told to eat Buddy, but they were stopped by Douglas Abbot after he killed their father.
They then participated in killing the inhabitants of the dam and were used to chase and capture Bobby.
In Alaska, they were used to keep Becky, Bobby and Wendy in check but when the alaskan hybrids ambushed their master, they didn't follow the changing tide and kept barking and growling agressively.
Jepperd assumed that they were in danger and lunged on the Boys, he snapped the neck of one of the dog kids, which lead its three brothers to attack the old man, H was able to stab another one in the eye, killing a second dog kid and was then bit in the shoulder by one of them coming from behind, he was able to wrestle it and break its jaw. It seemed to be lethal as a third body now littered the ground.
The last one lunged at Jepperd but was shot and killed by Singh.
Personality[]
Due to their upbringing, the Boys were aggressive and obedient.
They seem to care for each other and understand death, agression and dominance since one was shown to be stunned when Jepperd snapped the neck of one of them and they all lunged at him and attacked together probably in part to avenge their brother as well as to neutralize the threat.
Abilities[]
TV series[]
In the first season, they were replaced by a lone tiger but season 2's finale finish with ominous and menacing growls setting up a new menace for season 3. They weren't shown but the dog boys were likely the source of the growls.
Trivia[]
- When they were introduced, there were five of them, but only four of them accompanied Abbot to the Dam and Alaska. It is unknown what happened to the fifth one.
